MEETINGS

Regular committee meetings are held at the Hillarys Yacht Club, on the last Wednesday of each month. Minutes can be downloaded further down.
Refer to the Latest News for the next committee meeting date.

Our AGM is held yearly in October, where all Harbour Rise residents and land owners are welcome.
The next AGM meeting has been scheduled for Wed, 31st Oct 2012 at the Hillarys Yacht Club, commencing at 6.30pm.

MEMBERSHIP

To help us deliver a more efficient service to the residents and landowners of Harbour Rise, we welcome your registration for membership to the Harbour Rise Association. Click here to subscribe for membership to the Harbour Rise Home Owners' Association.

All members of the Home Owners' Association will have a vote (one vote per lot) on how the SAR maintenance budget will be spent.
Part of the membership service will be for the distribution of monthly committee meeting minutes.

Your Association committee has also organised a membership card. This can be presented to signed-up businesses offering discounts in their store.

OUR ESTATE

Christmas Party - The Harbour Rise residents christmas party will be held at Harbour View Park (Tennis Courts) on Sun 11th December, 2011 from 4pm.
The event is BYO food and drink. Come over and mingle with your neighbours!

Estate Lighting - Street lighting faults can be reported to the committe via the Contacts page, or directly to the City of Joondalup.

Any other estate issues can be raised via our Contacts page, or by contacting a commitee member.

Graffitti - Please report immediately, any graffitti you see around the estate to:
Western Power - for vandalisim to their junction boxes, call 131 353.
Joondalup Grafitti Campaign - for any other general vandalisim, on 9400 4960.

If you witness graffitti in progress, please report to Crime Stoppers on
1800 333 000. All grafitti incidents should also be reported to the police on 131 444.

Anti-Social Behaviour - All incidents must be reported to the City of Joondalup on the City Watch Community Security Patrol number 1300 655 860. Statistical data collected on incidents will greatly assist with potential future prevention.

Building- When you have the plans for your new home ready to present to the estate architect, you will need to fill in the Building Design form below.

Landscaping

Street Trees - Once your home is complete, you may wish to have a street tree planted on your lot. This is provided by the City of Joondalup.
Call City of Joondalup on 9400 4346 to place your request. All that is required when tree is ready to plant is for you to place a stake on the verge, in the location you would like the tree to be. See the Tree Planting Guide for species selection.

Verges - You may view the various design guidelines here.
Note that guidelines for verges are subject to the restrictive covenants applicable to your lot.
